  • Be prepared to repeat your order at least a few times. You literally need to have what you order memorized. It's pretty annoying but you have no choice but to go with it. Have had one of the employees actually get short with me because I couldn't remember the name of the soup i ordered. The food is really good overall though and usually the people are nice...they just need a better system for taking and delivering orders....write it down or something! Quit relying on your guests to keep your ordering process organized.
