  • So I have never had an issue until today. I am actually typing this in my vehicle. Today I went into the store and had to make a return I looked around and decided I didn't want anything. The line was long which I get I work retail. The girl Hayley who rang my return was incredibly rude I asked for store credit because I do shop at old navy often she looked at me and stated I would have to come back and wait in line again because that's policy. Which I simply called BS on and asked why I couldn't just receive a gift card. Granted she complied with my request but she has an attitude the entire time and was scoffing. I get you work retail and probably hate your job but don't treat your guests like garbage. The gent next to her actually heard her and he looked shocked on how she acted. I will be shopping at the desert ridge location from now on. Please learn to train your people better because little incidents like this can set a tone for your store.
