  • I have never had a more disappointing meal than the one I had at Blue Canyon. Our appetizers tasted reheated and my short ribs were extremely dry and flavorless. Our guests wanted to try the bread pudding so we ordered two servings for the table. After one bite we asked for our check and left. We will never return.
