I had a great experience at Land Rover. One of my keys died and would not start my car. Luckily I was at home and could grab my spare set. I called the dealership and spoke with service rep John and he told me to come in at anytime and they would correct the problem. I took my car in the next day, was provided a loaner and the following day was told to come pick up the car as everything was good to go. John wound up issuing me two brand new keys. It was great! I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the ability to get me in right away. Awesome job!
