  • This was by far my favorite car buying experience ever!!! You have to go see Norm!!! I am a local native to Vegas and Norm reminds me of old school classy Vegas. I just love his customer service !!! Everything was very transparent with him . I told him exactly what I like and my budget he did exactly that ! I couldn't believe how easy it was !! Not to mention hot popcorn and cold soda while I sit in a very comfortable office doing any paperwork . Which by the way was minimal . The process was extremely fast !! Anything I needed or questions I had were answered . He even gave our family NASCAR tickets!!! Once I got my first bill I set up online automated payments very easily !! And did I mention they did most of my online registration for me so I didn't even have to goto a nasty DMV to register my car !! I just finished it online !! If you like classy old school Vegas style with caviar customer service you HAVE to ask for Norm at Cadillac of Las Vegas
