The WORSE customer service I have ever encountered.
I purchased the NASCAR experience for my Father as a Father's Day present . Two weeks prior to the trip my wife and three children were in a automobile accident and I was not able to take my Father at this time. The companies helpful suggestion was to find someone else to take his place or sell the pass. Of course that is what I had time to do, try and sell a $400 race pass while my wife is having surgery and my three children of 10, 9 and 8 years old are recovering from an accident.
The customer service agent was USELESS, I would rather burn the $400 than deal with a company that has no morals other than sales.
