| - I don't understand the negative reviews. I had great service. I booked last minute. I was in town for a family emergency. I needed a day break and was able to get a car with less than 12 hours notice.
The only negatives might be that I needed a pickup, to get to enterprise and they were too busy for that, but I booked the night before, after hours and called in the a.m. to ask. It's understandable that they couldn't do really early, but if I had wanted they would have come between 10 and 11. My Mom drove me the 4 miles. But we had planned that already. Also, it was a Monday a.m. and the place was very busy. Again I was last minute, so I understand a bit of a wait. My wait was maybe 1/2 an hour. I knew they didn't have staff to pick me up, so expected a short wait. But, my rental didn't start until I got my car. A few people mentioned there were not enough SUVS on site.
Staff was friendly. They were in a good mood and we were all joking about it being Monday. They had good comaradarie and all seemed to enjoy working there. The staff seem to work well together and are busy, professional and gave service with a smile and made sure to make you feel you had their attention the entire time you were being helped. They greeted everyone who walked in and offered water while we waited.
Once I got my rental, the branch manager helped me himself. When we were going over the car for any issues prior to rental I found out my car was brand new, less than 4000 miles on it (still had the manuals in the back). The car was clean and felt new and comfortable. It had features I hadn't expected. I rented a standard sedan (2 up from basic) I was able to use On Star for free which was indispensable since I didn't know the area and could get turn by turn directions sent to the very nice car display. I was staying in Goodyear and drove all around Apache Junction and Queen Creek. Half way through the day my phone died and I had forgotten my charger. On Star was wonderful to have. It gave me peace of mind to have that feature.. I had a backup camera, Keyless ignition/ignition and dual temperature control. The car smelled nice. All pluses in the heat of Az. I didn't know how to use On Star so the manager showed me. Oh! And a sunroof which I failed to notice until late in the day. That was a very nice surprise. Too hot to open it, but cool all the same! I expected a basic car. I got a Chevy Cruze LTD.
Return was easy and quick and I got my deposit back the next day.
I was very pleased with my sevice and will rent from this Enterprise again. In fact, I already booked a car for Saturday to get a car for my airport ride at the end of the week.
Great job to the staff at the Litchfield Park Enterprise!
