rev:text	I would prefer to give this liberty tax location a 5 star, because my first experience was great. I gave my necessary info to the lady helping me out, and I was in and out in a matter of 15 mins. I asked her if I could bring in last years taxes to get an amendment and she said sure, that they could do it for $25 (since my boyfriend and I had each done our taxes with her and told her we would bring her business from our law school.) I got my refund within a couple of weeks and everything was just great. So when I went in last week to drop off last years taxes for the amendment, I was quite shocked when some other lady working there told me I would have to pay $75 for an amendment (which now I realize is a great deal, after calling around town for quotes). I let her know I had been quoted $25, so she told me she would have the owner give me a call to confirm that. The owner later called me and told me she couldn't do $25--the price would be $125, but she could do me a favor and give it to me for $75 for the confusion. Umm, excuse me? I was told earlier that day that it was NORMALLY $75. Ridiculous and shiesty. After that, I decided there is NO WAY I'm trusting this place with my taxes. They seem to just MAKE UP FIGURES LEFT AND RIGHT! Stay away people. FYI: The owner is a short woman about 40-50 years old (can't be too sure of her age, her face looked younger, (probably with the help of Botox) but her hands were definitely not those of a 40 year olds) with short brown hair...over-tanned and too much makeup. BEWARE.
