Giving 2 stars because I have had OK experience before this last one; where I ordered a patio storage. Got the item with incorrect assembly items, so returned them for an exchange with an in-store assembly. Asked to call next day, which I did and was asked to come the next day for pick up. Went the next day, customer service person went to collect the item, comes back in 15 mins with the faulty one I returned! Then they say, they don't have the item in Stock and will call me when it comes in. So basically, they have no idea what they are doing. They didn't even know it was not in stock when I called the previous day, came that day to collect my supposedly assembled item (even showed my receipt before making me to wait for 15 mins). Now, I will wait for the item and based on that experience, I will think of updating the review for a 3 star if it turns out to be good.
