  • I called about euthanasia. Dog is 13, almost blind, heart murmur and hip problems. I was told that they have a strict euthanasia policy that includes blood work ups and urine works up and at that point they have to agree it's what's best. If they feel they can treat the pain they will not. Completely insensitive and only makes a tough decision that much more difficult. I will not use them.
