  • Who is giving this place 5 stars? It's 3 dimly lit rooms in a depressing strip mall. It takes about 30 minutes to see everything and the only part my kids really enjoyed was the playground, i.e.; the same thing we could have done for free 5 minutes from our house. The worst part is being convinced to buy the tokens on top of admission prices. We were told they add to the experience because my kids would get to feed the animals. Well, we toured the whole place and at no point were there any obvious places to do so. Upon leaving we tried to get a refund for the unusable tokens, at which point an employee offered to show us where we could use them. Then were told they were non-refundable and we should use them on our next visit. There won't be a next visit. This place is a waste of time.
