  • So far no good. I made an appointment on March 5th for them to come out on March 9th to Turnberry Towers. The staff I spoke to seem to have no clue about anything. I have to assume she was in training since she put me on hold several times for each question I had. So that is ok. The main two reasons that prompted this review - I asked her to send me an email confirmation for the appointment so I can forward it to the operations manager at Turnberry. This will allow App Repair Experts to gain access to the building and they need it before hand. She said she will send it. I also informed her that I need it soon for the reason above and she said she will send it today right away or soon or whatever she said. I figure I would get it within a day. Well, this morning (reason #1 March 6) - I didn't get an email confirmation. All I got was an email welcoming me to their services. Then I call to ask for an email (#2) and a woman stated that they will send the email the day before (sunday). I told her my reason that I needed the email and with an rude attitude, she took my info and said she will send me an email. Not sure why she had to be rude. I need the email ahead of time so they (Turnberry Security) can approve maintenance crews to enter the facility. How much time has it been? ......hmmm about 2 hours now. Still no email. I'll continue my review on March 9th. My tenant and operations manager will let me know how they handle my property and service call. March 10 - Patrick was great. Called before he arrived and emailed me soon after he finished. He also gave me a call and gave me a run down of what the issues was. The weird thing is he wanted to take my credit info for payment. Its fine but I would prefer paying with the main office. So far no receipt via email. Eh, that is why I use a credit card to dispute any issues. Patrick - thank you. The operations manager wasn't there but found out that you took care of everything and you were very professional. You added two stars to the original review.
