  • Professionalism and Respectful privacy are NOT in their front desk training manual. Instead you get a raised voice from some Millennial calling you by your first name only like we are teammates instead of a professional medical office. The front desk girl is just calling out procedures like fast food combinations. Not taking into account the gravity of a patient's condition. The tech that did my modality was nice and knew her job well. The doctor was also very professional so it can be taught to the youngsters in the front. Overall, first impressions of DR Cathedral Rock are underwhelming.
