  • Ever since coming back from Spain, my husband and I have been on the hunt for razor clams! We were able to find this restaurant in Vegas that actually serves razor clams, and decided to visit. :) It's Asian-fusion...and serves dishes ranging from pho, to bone marrow, to pork belly, etc. We ordered the following: (1) bone marrow soup - huge portion, primarily consists of 2 large bones, they were huge! once you suck out all the marrow, there's not much left other than the soup to drink. you should probably order some rice or noodle to go w/ this soup, since it doesn't come with. my husband ordered this and thought it was OK, i personally wouldn't order it again. (2) oxtail pho - i didn't have this dish, but apparently this pho is suppose to be one of their specialties, especially if you like oxtail! (3) bun bo hue - my sister in law had this dish and thought it was good; spicy though (4) braised pork belly w/ rice and egg - i ordered this dish because i'm a fan of pork belly and it was yummy! flavors were great, broth was yum, and i gobbled up my dish (but had 1 pork belly left over which my husband helped to finish up). (5) 4 orders of razor clams -- 2 orders of the grilled w/ scallions, 2 orders of the black bean sauce; YES MUST GET ! it's not on their regular menu, but only available on their "special menu, which they write on chalkboard" -- each order only comes with 2 razor clams, so that's a bummer. each order is $8.95 too, so very expensive! I personally liked the black bean sauce once better, because it comes out sizzling on a platter. the grilled one is not as flavorful , and less salty, but some people like that version. (6) belly buns -- pork belly buns (each order comes with 3 buns); these were delicious, kinda wish we got more, but if you like pork belly buns, then order this! you won't regret it :) (7) fish tacos -- i didn't eat this so i'm not sure how it tastes, but the folks who ate them said it was delicious. the taco itself was very tiny though, so don't expect a full size taco! they are petite. Service was friendly and our food came out on a timely basis. We were happy with our feast, and wouldn't mind coming back just for the razor clams! :)
