rev:text	Stay clear from this company. They are a joke. I've dealt with them: -Not showing up -Coming on the wrong days -Coming hours late without a phone call -Mediocre cleaning half the time -Stop coming bi weekly because I "canceled too many times" I travel between here and California a lot why would I have them come if I'm out of town? At least I notified them ahead of time... Anyways it's a pretty long list. But today was the last straw. I scheduled a cleaning appointment 3 days ago. They said 2pm was open so I took it. I received a call at 1:10 p.m. saying that the maids were having car trouble. The guy asked if 3:30 or 4 was ok. I said yes. So I'm finishing up taking my puppy a bath and the doorbell rings at 3:11. I secure her, dried myself, and then went to get the door. They waited Max 3 min. I let them in we spoke a bit then they got started. I finish drying my dog... then I see my phone had 3 missed calls and a voicemail. The voicemail was a rude man saying: "Hey Kristal you know you cancel quite a few times and we let it slide the maids are already at your home so I need to know if you want the cleaning or if you're going to pay the cancellation call me back as soon as possible bye-bye..." First of all... they did not come at the time re scheduled. The tone he had was rude and unacceptable. I called back to talk to him and I was told he was busy, he'd call me back. So far nothing. Anyways this is the last time I'll ever use them. I'll find a professional company to do my cleaning even if it's more expensive.... it'll be worth it. Bye-bye Brothers Cleaning.
