  • -Took forever / pricey (500 for a one bedroom move) -Broken dishes -Does not remove tv mounts even when promised -Left my apartment unlocked and back door wide open Let me start by saying I was recommended this moving company by 2 friends from work who had a great experience. I however did not I would give no stars if I could. When I called the receptionist I told her I have a huge tv mounted to the wall. I explained that it's very heavy and I had to hire a handy man to hang it. She assured me it would be no problem. She said they would take it off the wall but they wont rehang it. Perfect or so I thought. I hired 3 guys for 2 hours I was quoted about $300. The day came to move and they showed up earlier then expected. Which was no problem but I hadn't had the time to get the keys to my new place yet. Immediately they said they couldn't remove my tv mount because they didn't have the proper tools (my bf removed it by himself with a socket wrench after the move) Still don't understand why you wouldn't bring the tools when I specifically asked about the tv mount but I told them not worry and to just remove the smaller one in my room which only requires a screwdriver. Everything was almost loaded except a few trash bags and the smaller tv mount. I asked them if they could finish grabbing the stuff and lock up. They agreed so I gave them my keys and headed to the new apartment to sign my lease. By the time I was done signing paperwork and doing the walk through they still weren't there. I called, no answer. Finally get a call back and they were already in the complex but they had gone the wrong way. Im pretty sure they were bullshitting after I left because it took them so long. Like I said it was only a few trash bags left. All in all the rest of the move went fine. They struggled getting my couch in and I had to throw it away but it wasn't their fault. My total came to 460 I gave them 500. If you hire them beware that it will take 3 guys 3 hours to move a one bedroom. A little long but hey at least they took their time with my stuff and nothing will be broken...not! When I started to unpack I realized my dishes were broken and when I went back to my old apartment to get my clothes and big tv mount the apartment was unlocked and my back door was wide open! I was furious. And then I noticed that both tv mounts were left. The one thing I specifically asked about was not done. Moral of the story take your business elsewhere.
