This is my first time staying at Extended Stay and it was OK. More things irked me about this place than other hotels I've stayed at.
(-) Towels: Rough, more like sandpaper than cotton.
(-) Kleenex boxes: Obviously used since there was a water stain/ fluid stain that they did not bother to just throw away and make it more aesthetically pleasing. Kindly remove it for the next guest please.
(-) "Breakfast": Found it a bit deceiving to call it "breakfast" since it was more like granola bars, packaged oatmeal, fruit, coffee and hot water. Basically a snack to-go option.
(-) Elevators: Usually the warmest part of the hotel was in the stuffy warm elevator.
(-) Doors: Hard to open. Nearly had to throw out my back just opening it. I am not that weak. Speaking of doors, they gave me my room number on a Post-It. Any hotel can afford something more lavish.
(+) You may request files to be printed at the Front Desk by emailing it to them since they do not have a Business Center.
(+) Location: The main reason why I booked this hotel. I had many options to pick from and could have traveled further for a better hotel for the amount I paid ($90/ night). There is a Walgreens and a supermarket nearby (walkable distance).
(+) Kitchen: Didn't get to take advantage of the full kitchen, but did appreciate having a microwave and a refrigerator. There were many times I wished I had a freezer for ice cream on my many hotel stays!
Overall, probably wouldn't come back again since I had a rental car and had more options to pick from.
