Unless you're on Medicaid and have no other option DO NOT waste your time. We went to this office for the last 7 or 8 years and it has gotten worse every year. Their main goal is to make money. The high turnover of doctors and patients and low quality of general clientele makes it a very cold experience.
The billing is a total disaster and there seems to always be a recent billing mistake or problem I have to discuss each time I take one of my 4 kids there.
This week we finally made the switch to a different doctor and I'm so relieved. The decision was made since my 12 yr old had an eye infection on Monday. The Dr gave him antibiotic eye drops. At that appt he also had pressure in his ears but the dr said they weren't infected. My deductible required me to pay $120 for that appt....
Tuesday, my son's eye cleared up from the drops but his ear hurt. Today (Wednesday) his ears are killing him so I called the dr to ask him to call in an antibiotic for the obvious ear infection since we saw him 2 days ago. He said I would have to come in again (and pay again) so he can see if his ear is infected. The kid is on the bed grabbing his ear and crying! I asked him what else it could be if not an ear infection? He says possibly a tooth problem.
Never. Again.
