  • What can be said that hasn't already about this hotel? From the moment of arrival we were overwhelmed with warmth and service. While standing at check in, Monika insisted on taking my 11 and 12 year olds to the ice cream stand they had set up for the afternoon - despite their shyness. Later she found them in the lobby as I was making arrangements for my car and together they created a plan for our afternoon and evening. The valet went out of his way to help me with multiple requests. And the concierge found an amazing Italian restaurant when our first choice was full. Phenomenal location - walked to the aquarium and CN tower. Sold us tix to aquarium so we skipped the hour long line in the rain! Love this place!!
