rev:text	LOVE Arlene Faucon PA but this practice is horrible!! I would give it less than one star if I could. Terrible staff & front office. They "discharged" my daughter (I recommended she see Arlene whom I've been seeing for 20 yrs myself & followed to this office) because she had a $23 balance. I paid it. But not quick enough I guess because they charged her a $35 LATE FEE. The $23 check cleared my account but they refuse to remove the $35 free and have now sent it to collections. This all happened within a 90 day period. Nothing lapsed longer than that. Just infuriating & unfortunate. I've had nothing but bad experiences myself with the staff since I've been going there too. SAD.
