  • Poor service! I ordered a vegetable gyoza to start and it took a good 20 minutes to get it. I made sure to emphasize I want the vegetable gyoza NOT the pork gyoza since I'm a vegetarian. She said ok. After the long wait she brought it out and it was a pork gyoza. I tried to get the attention of the staff. I waved, called out, and several just looked at me and walked by. I had to almost yell at a waitress passing by for them to finally acknowledge me. I explained the gyoza is wrong. She said this is not her table and was going to leave, I stopped her and said to please get my server then. She said ok and we kept waiting for another 10 minutes and no one showed up. I got the attention of a manager and finally my server came over. She said to me: you can eat that one and she can order another vegetable gyoza. What part of vegetarian don't you get?! At the end my friend and I all finished our sushi rolls, but still no gyoza. I called the manager over, and he said they are working on it. We didn't want to wait anymore and canceled the order. Never even apologized for brining me the wrong food! The rolls are good though.
