  • This dealership is the reason people think of car sales as sleazy scumbags who would sell out their own mothers. The way they hide their information from you when you ask them a direct question is just so dirty and sleazy. I called this dealership because I was about to fly in from out of town specifically to buy from them. First Complaint: They told me I was pre-approved for a loan with a specific bank, I later called this finance company and find out they never even submitted my application...so what, they wanted me to fly out on a whim and hope I get approved? And what if I didn't get approved? They don't care that Id have to fly back empty handed. Second Complaint: After calculating the selling price, and adding tax and estimated title and license fees, there was a major $1,700 difference between their out the door price! It took 5 minutes of questioning for him to finally spit out what he called a $1000 "ZAK TAX" and that "75% of cars sold in Arizona have this so called ZAK TAX" I later find out through car forums online that this is literally a scam that involves the dealership putting on a $5 coating of paint protectant in a can, and charging the customer a crazy amount. The fact that he called this a TAX should be illegal. Third complaint: They added on a $390 document processing fee. In california, this is capped out at $80 because its just the dealership sending your information to the DMV for registration purposes. This is 10 minutes of work that their charging $390 for. Stay far far away from these shady scum bags, they are nothing but shady dealers who do NOT have your best interest in mind.
