  • I was a little nervous researching Vegas tattoo shops from my home in Oregon, but my experience at Downtown Tattoo was excellent. I met a friend in Vegas for the weekend and we got tattoos together. The artists were helpful, fun and talented. Their work was great and the shop's price points were reasonable--entirely UNLIKE anything you'd find on the strip. The shop itself has a funky, gritty vibe that I loved (also unlike the sterile, flashy looking places on the strip), but it was clean and organized. Their location is great too. Just a few blocks down from the fun on Fremont Street, a definite must-see if you're visiting Vegas like we were. I liked it better than the Strip! Cheaper drinks and gambling. :) We worked with Bernard and Ryan, though judging by the artwork on the walls, on the artists themselves, and on their Facebook page, I'm sure you couldn't get a poor artist here. Go! Get some new ink! I'm so jealous it's you and not me. :)
