  • I am a regular lyft driver and today i picked up a woman with limited mobility and very limited eyesight. I have to admit i would have never have gone here, if she hadnt asked. Nonetheless, i was skeptical about how this encounter would go and asked if she had gone before and what the deal was. She said it was The best but another nameless rideshare company wouldn't help her out with the whole journey. We ordered pickup from her house and then cruised, 10 minutes tops on a Friday during lunch. The counter person was extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The owner greeted the woman and they discussed her love of the restaurant at length. The space itself is quaint and has the coolest door in the world. I loved the selection, menu, and overall atmosphere. The sandwich itself is like a empanada made out of bread. The bread is pressed in a panini manner. Served hot. After the transaction was completed, she asked if i could take her home. At a stop light she begged me to take a bite of her sandwich and we ended up sharing our #24 and #25 in the car. It was a truly beautiful sandwich. I wouldn't have found it wasn't for this nice ole lady. I guess i need to bring someone here and repay the favor to appease the sandwich gods.
