  • There is no consistency with the service. We leave a lockbox outside our condo (there's usually 10 different ones there) so easy to find, with our name on it. 4 different times they had trouble finding the lockbox, calling us numerous times at work saying the lock box was nowhere to be found. Once, they even said they found the lockbox wide open with no key inside (which was frigtening all together). The cleaning is not very thorough either, there is always dust under our bed and in corners, our belongings are always moved and not how they found it, and even with notes left they don't seem to follow direction well. Not only this, they have recently increased their prices. Not worth it.
