  • horrible customer service! i ordered through uber eats and i called lucille's to have a name written down for the recipient of the order. josh answered the phone and he said my request is not possible. duh! i ordered that for somebody to receive it and i wanna put a name on the delivery so lucille's would know who is it for! he put me on hold for 5 mins without telling me why and i called again, after 1 ring josh answered again, so i know he just put me on hold because he doesnt wanna entertain my request! putting a name on the order-- is that so hard to do?!?!
