  • Stayed at hotel for three days (April 18-20), was there for The xx concert. We checked in with Rafael. He was extremely helpful especially after he heard that our luggage had been lost at the airport. Rafael also helped us print out the tickets for the concert. I asked for a high floor with a good view! Was even able to see the venue! Also I believe her name was Roberta? , gave us a bag full of toiletries, which helped us out a lot! The employees at Cafe Azul also very nice, the manager even gave us water before we left restaurant to walk over to the venue. The lady that gave us our Starbucks also very sweet. Over all it was a great stay, everyone was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
