  • WARNING: Do Not Move Into Quarterside Apartments at All Costs!!! Maintenance-request Negligence, Lease Coercion, Pool is dirty 5/7 days a week, Random people have code-access to fitness-room, mandatory National-Wifi subscription regularly malfunctions, AC problems, Leaking Roofs and much more... I have lived at Quarterside Apartments for almost 2 years now, and have never in all my years of renting experienced a more devastating and stressful experience with the Repair-Issues, Poor Amenity maintenance, and Unprofessionalism of the Leasing-Agents and its Connor Group representatives. Several legal suits are pending against them from numerous tenants I know by name. Quarterside is in desperate need of filling vacancies - as is evident from their year-end promotion: November Move-Ins Pay No Rent until 2017! References and Corroboration available upon request. I would be extremely glad to provide advice and legal help to anyone with a similar situation, please do not hesitate to contact me :)
