  • When I first went in and the manager started to help me he was very helpful. He got me a package and helped me wrap up my items to be sent. I told him I needed it to go out that day and to get there ASAP. He explained USPS will be by later and would go out then should be where I needed it within 1-2 business days. I left feeling confident in my choice for shipping until..... So I go about the next day till the afternoon and decide it should be enough time to track it progress. I check WTF it didn't get out till 24hrs after they said. Hold on so I then call. Gentlemen lets me know it went out that morning and USPS must not have scanned it till it got to sorting. Ok fine no big deal if it get there on time I really shouldn't care. Well it got there on time and missing half of the items I packed. Now I can't say that The store did it but the items where taped up inside a container. The container was taped back shut just missing half the samples. Thanks I now have to get the samples resent back out during one of the worst storms in US history. Next
