  • I took a pair of expensive jeans in to have the zipper repaired. (I had it repaired at another place and they screwed it up, so I thought I'd try this place). I specifically requested that they match the original stitching(it was a double stitch). When I went to pick them up today, they only did a single stitch. I told the woman that I specified that I wanted the stitching to match...but apparently, they did not notate that. When the woman went to the back to ask for them to be redone, she rudely said "why" and "she will have to leave them, I can't do them tonight." I should have gone with my gut when I dropped them off and another employee was so rude. I will bring anything else them again.
