I really hate giving a business a low review but I figure I'd share my store. I hope they can take this and improve.
This happened several months ago. I'm just finishing the review. I bought their Groupon and was excited to setup a date to go. But it didn't even get to that point. I called numerous times through several days at several time of day hoping to catch them. My call was never picked up and their voicemail box was full for the first few days. On my last time I called, I was able to leave a voice message but they never responded.
After about two weeks, I ended up having to contact Groupon to get my refund. It was a dissappointing experience. I hope they can resolve it and I would love to give them another shot.
