  • Update: apparently we are on a once a monthmaintenance schedule. The grass hasn't been mowed in three weeks and there are weeds and dead spots everywhere. Trash is not picked up regularly enough so the trash is just everywhere spilling into the common areas. This place is marketed and priced as "high end luxury apartments". That statement is laughable at best. Stay away from here.
