  • I do not like this place. My appointment was at 1pm, I got there maybe five minutes early and filled out paperwork. About 30 minutes go by and I haven't been called back, but some other lady and her children got called back who arrived at least 15 minutes after I did. I then asked the front desk what was going on and she seemed agitated that I even asked. I got called back about two minutes later. From the moment I walked through the doors I could hear the staff hooting and hollering, saying jokes and laughing in a loud manner. Was not professional whatsoever. The woman who started taking my xrays wasn't nice, she didn't welcome me, try to comfort me, or was even talking me through what was about to happen. She was just shoving this camera in my mouth saying "bite down", then she'd take a picture I assume, change the position and say "bite down" again. Well, after about 10 minutes of that she seemed annoyed and got another woman to come in and the new lady said, "we've gotta take your xrays over here because you don't know how to bite down hard enough." ..... I was like excuse me?? Maybe your tech didn't know how to do her job, after that she became apologetic and was trying to be nice. I got a cleaning which took FOREVER, they are lucky that I was in a dire need for one or else I would have up and left. I won't be back and I'll be telling my friends NOT to goto Aces.
