I gave the Mt. Spring Saloon 5 stars because it's a real biker's bar. That means it's not a place for most visitors. The drinks are strong and inexpensive. Girls panties and bras are tacked onto the ceiling and the traditional one dollar bill is tacked everywhere.
Our bartender was very friendly and helpful. Told us about "My Vegas" web site and how to get free credits for all the Vegas hotels.
Good food and sometimes live music in a laid back, anything goes kind of place makes this a relaxing stop when riding or hiking around the Red Rock Canyon area. Be careful when leaving at night, if you go fast up the hill, which everyone does, the down side is pitch black and the road curves and it's hard to stay on the road without street lights. Locals call the road "Widow Maker".
