  • I will admit I had a few hiccups getting started with Vivint. That was one year ago, we were replacing an aging ADT system. We selected the Vivint system because the technology seems like it was the most current available. Those hiccups eventually got fixed, and since then I've had a number of occasions where I needed to contact Vivint for different reasons and I have to say that their customer service had been nothing short of outstanding! We were doing some remodeling and had to have Vivint out again and like the last couple of times they were just really excellent to work with in scheduling, responsiveness, and the quality of the work... not to mention that their technicians are really cheerful and a pleasure to work with! I was very critical of them at first but I have to say that they made everything right and in the end we really enjoy using the system.
