I had emailed through the website to get a quote on a tire. I got a email back quoting me on those tires and also another option. I decided to to with the other option, the price was fair. I asked to set up an appt for this at the eastside location for Monday morning. He told me and I quote "they could install them at the eastside location" and "see you then". That was on a Friday. When I got there, the tires I wanted were not in stock there, or at the other locations and it would be Wednesday before he would have them. Here is the problem. I would have waited till Wednesday. No big deal. But now that I have wasted my time, why should I try and give my money to a business that did not seem to care about me or my time. I could look past the old run down facility and waiting area, but at the end of the day, they were not able to serve my needs when they told me that they could. I found tires up the street.
