  • I went to the salon for a simple hair cut, the stylist was very nice and polite but didn't seem to understand what I wanted her to do. I had arrived five minutes early and had to wait an additional ten minutes before she came to get me. The receptionist was rude and made me wait to pay for my cut and products while they made a personal call. I expected much more from an Aveda salon in brecksville.
