  • WORST SALONG EVER! I would hate for anyone to go through what I went through!!! Long story short 1) customer service: I would give this whole store a 0 because they won't do anything to help you out. they also quoted me $115 and ended up trying to charge me $225 when I got in there. Also Shae (the hair dresser) told me that she couldn't do everything for me because she has someone else after me. SO BASICALLY I DIDNT MATTER?! Why make an appointment with me if you can't do all that you promised?! 2) Manager: Her name is Crystal and she is just as bad. When I tried to voice my opinion on how I've been treated she first blamed me for being late (which Shae lied to her about... I was actually a minute early for my appointment) This place is so poorly managed, which is also why these girls have no customer service. NEVER COMING BACK! SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!
