  • I've had two of my cars worked on at this place. I felt a little ripped off both times... I felt I was over charged for parts both times. My husband and I felt with the same gentleman both times. He talks a lot, draws crappy diagrams quickly, trying to confuse you into just getting done whatever he is saying. I see right through all that smoke! I called recently to inquire about the brake special they had going on. 50% off as advertised. I called to get a ballpark price. They couldn't give me a price without my phone number, make, model and blood from my first born. After being on hold for almost 10 minutes... Hanging up... Then calling back and waiting another 5 minutes, I'm told that it will be about 200 after 50% discount for the front 2 pads. Really? So, normally, it would cost 800 dollars to fix 4 break pads? Ridiculous. It's sad that people will go there and think to themselves "hmm 50% off, I shouldn't pass that up." I feel for mechanics, it's a business that will soon be obsolete, but places like this just make me so mad. I'd definitely go somewhere else. Always get a second opinion.
