  • I stopped by to ask about a return and Francine helped me at the register. I did not have my receipt and she was able to take care of my return in seconds. This may have been because I have a Macy's American Express credit card, but still. It was fast and easy. Way too fast! And of course, as I usually do, I ended up browsing the aisles (clearance mostly) and making a purchase for more than the money I had gotten back... I got a bunch of blouses with prices ranging from $7 to $15. Very good deals! I also had a very nice lady help me with my purchase at the second floor, right next to the escalator. I will add her name if I find my receipt : ) Overall a great shopping experience.
