I wish I could say that I had an opportunity to meet with the doctor but I couldn't get that far. I experienced horrible customer service at check-in when they asked for $160 before I'd be seen!!! My co-pay is ONLY $35!!!!! I was told it wasn't their responsibility to ensure I had insurance coverage and that they couldn't spend "hours" on the phone with insurance companies!!! I've had this appointment set for TWO weeks and not once did I get a phone call from their office to let me know they were having an issue with reaching my insurance company. I am so disappointed and have never been treated with such disrespect by any doctor's office before. If the front office is a reflection of the doctors, maybe I'll consider myself lucky not having to deal with this business.
