This is an update to my previous review. I was asked by Theresa if I would update based on the customer service she provided. As noted previously, Theresa was great and did all she could for me. I never had any issues with Theresa. The issue I have is that I shouldn't have to complain and write emails and make multiple phone calls to obtain a quality repair, as is covered by my policy. Based on other reviews, my experience is the rule, not the exception. Theresa? She's excellent at her job.
