| - If you are in a good mood and want to be in a bad mood, this is the place to go. This store is run by liars and bafoons. I went for my free same day (a lie) Win 10 upgrade at 1:30 Friday. I was 10 min early and I still had to wait another 30 min. I wanted to wait for my computer upgrade. I was told the upgrade might take a few a few hours. I should go home, 35 miles away, and wait for the "it's done" phone call (a lie). A noon Saturday phone call from me, I found out the upgrade was almost done and the tech had to check it out and they would call me later (another lie). Sunday still no "it's done" phone call. Monday noon I called and it was done and come at 5:00. I arrived 15 min early. At 5:10 I reminded them of the 5:00 appointment. It will be a few more min they said (more lies). 5:35 I left, 70 miles and 2 hours wasted. They said they were sorry, I told them the whole store was a sorry mess. Tuesday, the fifth day of "the same day service", I finally picked up the computer. The promised 30 minutes (a lie) of Win 10 instructions was only 5 min. When I told George, the store manager I would like to speak to him about my Microsoft experience he said OK, "as soon as I finish with this customer". When he was done he went to the backroom/restroom. When he came back he stood next to me and turned his back and helped the lady standing beside me. He pretended he did not see me. George is the most rude manager I have never had the pleasure to talk with. The customer service at this store is horrible. Only go here if you want to be abused. Based on my experience here, my next computer will be an Apple product.
