  • We scheduled a preventative interior and exterior pest treatment as we have seen a few scorpions in the house this summer. The customer service delivered by every person I spoke with was excellent. The person I spoke with on the phone was thorough and clear in his explanation about what exactly the technician would be doing and made sure that the pests we have been encountering would be targeted. Tyler M. was our technician who came to the house and he did a great job. He was professional and had a warm personality. He was on time, asked what pests we have seen and where, and listened to my concerns. He let me know exactly what he would be doing while he was there and let me know about what he found. He was also very sweet to listen to my five year old share her scorpion anecdote. :-) I found Bulwark through Angie's List where they were rated very highly. I can see why! I was very pleased with this experience and have scheduled every other month service with Bulwark.
