This review is about the service department. My sales experience here was actually excellent; however, the service department is horrendous.
This was my third time having my car serviced here and has been worse each time. It appears there is constant turnover with the service advisors as each time I deal with someone new and the prior person is no longer there.
My first encounter was getting my window tint installed after buying the car. I bring it in and the advisor has no idea what to do even after presenting the "We Owe' paper from the sale. I clearly say I will wait and get an estimate of the wait time. Fine. However, when that time comes and goes, I inquire about my car and find out they haven't even started and confusion ensues. So I just wasted a couple of hours only to wait longer. All I get is an apology from the service manager, Jaime.
Bad experience for sure.
When I arrived this time for an early morning appointment, no one greeted me at all. I was parked on the service drive for nearly 10 minutes before I finally knocked on the door of one of the advisors. They all had their doors closed and even though I was parked on the drive right by the guy who provides the rental cars, no one was willing to engage and take care of the customer.
If I didn't have the VCP (prepaid maintenance plan), I wouldn't be going here. Once my plan expires, I'll be gone from this service department.
