  • My elderly mother and I went to Home Depot on Sunday, although the store was not busy, we did have to wait patiently for someone to help us load 9 bags of mulch. A very nice sales woman was helping us try to find someone to help, she kept coming past asking if someone had helped us yet. While this was going on there was two men operating a forklift moving mulch pallets. We were joking back and forth with them as we waited. After standing there for 7 minutes a very ... athletic blond female in a spandex outfit comes over ... RIGHT NEXT TO US and starts to load bags of mulch for her own cart. The two men on the forklift stopped what the were doing and asked her if SHE needed help! I said "you're kidding me right? We have been standing here for 7 minutes and you have not offered us help!" The older of the two actually said "we didn't know you needed help" ... As an exchange started between us a very petit woman came over and helped us load our mulch and leave. I was FURIOUS we were dismissed like that!
