  • I would give this Apple store negative stars if I could. Avoid this location if you need help with your existing equipment. I waited for 40 minutes until I was help and that was after I had to complain twice. 10 employees were standing around and none of them were able to assist. After all the waiting, an employee approached me , saying: "We are eagerly looking forward to assisting you. Our next available appointment is Sunday." I tried to explain to him that I have a midterm exam coming up and really needed to have my Macbook's screen fixed asap. He then took off and came back after a few minutes with another guy who took a look at my Macbook before determining that it's just broken, no specifics or anything. They then suggested me to buy a new Macbook. I will never return to this Apple store. If you're having issues, just send your item straight into Apple.
