  • While visiting Las Vegas from SoCal, my wife developed an infection under her thumb nail. We found CareNow on Tropicana and arrived Saturday morning at about 9:30 am. We discovered an efficient and friendly staff that walked us through the registration process. After being called in the back and having vitals taken, we met with Dr. Lim for evaluation. He was wonderfully professional and took his time in discussing my wife's previous medical history before examining her thumb. He ended up prescribing a strong antibiotic which was called over to the CVS across the street. All in all, we were out in about 45 minutes and very impressed with the operation and staff. Hopefully we will not need their services again the next time we visit the area. It's comforting to know that if we do we can count on this urgent care to be professional, caring, and efficient.
