  • **UPDATE- I reported this store to the Samsung Corporation and they informed me that Best deals is not a registered dealer nor an authorized Samsung dealer! Samsung has officially began an investigation into this retailer. Consumer affairs has been notified and they will also be getting involved. Stay away! Beware consumers! Unbeknownst to me, I was sold a refurbished tv! 1. None of the employees disclosed that the tv was refurbished! 2. My bill of sale does not state my Samsung smart tv is REFURBISHED! 3. Shady business owners & Warranties. We purchased a smart tv from here and our tv malfunctioned after only 85 days of use. They will not honor the 90 day warranty. A malfunction has accrued! A white illumination effect is appearing in the center of the tv when turned on! There are no cracks in our tv! The screen is pristine with no scratches or dents!
