  • I went in to get my nails done, new to the area so it would be nice to find a salon close to home. I had a full set done within 30 minutes. They were too thick for me, but I was in a hurry so I paid and left. One week later, my nails started to lift and practically fall off. I went back to this salon and Helen is the rudest owner/manager I have EVER met. She started off by telling me that it's normal for nails to lift....yeah, after 3-4 weeks, sure I will give you that but not one week. She refused to do anything for me and blamed it on that my "nails are dry". I have had gel nails for well over 10 years so I'm not new to this! Kept insisting that it's normal, in which I told her that it is normal to lift after a week if it was done sh*tty in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE. Helen does not deserve any business for her lack of professionalism in both as a nail technician and owner.
